Seven of eight green, still rejected: the AdSense hub-listing gap the checklist doesn't cover
ukcalculators passed every automated AdSense readiness check — 78.6% indexed, eight pillar articles live, image diversity closed. Seven of eight green. Google rejected it for Low value content anyway. The issue wasn't content depth. It was navigation: pillar pages with no hub listing are orphans a reviewer can't reach.
AdSense approved the ads.txt — the hub pages had nothing for reviewers to evaluate
The AdSense rejection arrived on 10 July at 17:42 BST: Low value content. Ads.txt status was Authorised, which narrows the problem immediately — the authorisation chain was intact, and the content-quality gate was not. The hub routes /resources/blog and /resources/guides were rendering skeleton pages with no real article listings for Google's reviewer to see.
The eight-pillar map closed in three days. ga-telemetry and gsc-telemetry are why.
Phase 1.6 shipped two observability skills on 20 June: ga-telemetry and gsc-telemetry. Six days later the eight-pillar topic-authority map was complete. The link is an operator loop built on next-morning indexation signal.
Eight pillars published. AdSense said low value content. The bottleneck was never volume.
Closing the 8-pillar map on 23 June was the point at which Phase 1.6's publish-volume theory ran out of runway. The AdSense low-value-content gate was already in place; more articles hadn't moved it. The real bottleneck is internal-link density and topic-cluster cohesion.
